Sacred Heart School is an integrated Catholic Primary School for pupils from Year 0 to Year 6, offering education with a Special Character. The school was established in 1962 and was initially staffed by Sisters of Mercy. Though all staff are lay teachers, the school has a close association with the Sisters whom live next to the school.
We promote a team approach to teaching and learning, involving parents, teachers, the parish, the Board and community in collaborative decision making regarding the policies and procedures, which govern our school.
We encourage you to take an active part in your child’s education through the many activities and events provided within the school programmes.
